Reagan is excited to be a part of the Cole & Denny team. She enjoys the culture of the firm, which is light-hearted but also serious about the work and producing quality results, all while also having inside jokes. As the youngest in the office and a recent graduate, Reagan is grateful for her team members’ willingness to teach and mentor, and she loves getting to be a part of the project process from start to finish.

When she’s not at work, Reagan loves to paddle board! She has made it a goal to paddle board every place she visits and has so far had the chance to do so in Scotland, Venice, and the South of France!

As a Graduate Architect at Cole & Denny, with a BS in Architecture and Environmental Design, Lourdes assists her Cole & Denny teammates with project management and design. Known and appreciated for being a team player (as well as a harsh movie critic), Lourdes loves the collaborative atmosphere of the firm as well as the work-life balance.

A frequent traveler, Lourdes enjoys making spontaneous weekend travel plans. What her colleagues may not know is that Lourdes used to play the drums in a band!

Tharin serves on the Cole & Denny team as a Revit and Finish Selection specialist, and he is grateful that working at the firm affords him the chance to work on projects from start to finish. In the office, Tharin is known as the “Sass-Master” and the “only one with a sense of humor”! He enjoys the company culture, especially that he gets to be himself with no judgment from his peers.

When he’s not working hard or making everyone at work laugh, Tharin enjoys hiking, going out to eat, photography, and just generally spending time in the sun.

Russell is a proud part of the Cole & Denny Architects team and is thankful for the chance to strengthen his knowledge and experience in architecture and construction through his work at the firm. He appreciates that C&DA prioritize passing knowledge onto their young designers, providing exposure to all aspects of the design process.

In his free time, Russell enjoys cooking and listening to music after work. He believes that sharing a meal with family and friends is better than anything money can buy. What his teammates at C&DA may not know is that Russell is the proud owner of a growing hat collection!

Around the Cole & Denny Architects office, Belinda specializes in “talking care of business”! She enjoys the challenges of contributing to all aspects of the firm, from finances and contracts to marketing, client relations, event planning, IT, and more. She appreciates the team’s approach to their work: try hard and have fun doing it.

In the office, Belinda is best known for bringing the office dog! What her teammates may not know is that she’s hiked to Black Elk Peak, the highest point between the Rocky Mountains and the Appalachian Mountains. When she’s not staying busy running the business and scaling peaks, Belinda enjoys traveling to national parks and deep diving into historical connections.
