CF Building Roofing Replacement

This project replaces the 14,939-SF roof on the main campus dining and student services facility, providing a durable and code-compliant envelope for the building. Cole & Denny Architects delivered architectural and engineering services for the full removal of the original ballasted EPDM system and installation of a new fully-adhered 80-mil PVC roofing system.

The scope also included replacement of curb flashings, roof drains, and fascias, as well as repairs to mechanical equipment screens. Overflow drainage was added to meet current building codes. The project was reviewed and approved by DEB, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
