1010 Loft

This project transforms a two-level, 8,000-SF suburban office into a modern, collaborative environment designed for entrepreneurial business tenants. Cole & Denny Architects provided preliminary and final design, construction documents, and construction-phase services to bring the vision to life. The renewed facility includes flexible office areas and dynamic “collision” spaces that encourage impromptu collaboration. A new rooftop deck creates an informal setting for social interaction, offering tenants a vibrant and community-driven workplace.
