Northern Virginia Community College Bookstore

This project transforms a new 2,400-SF building into a contemporary retail facility for the campus. Cole & Denny Architects provided architectural and engineering design, documentation, and construction-phase services to deliver a functional and visually cohesive structure.

The slab-on-grade building features masonry bearing walls with a steel bar joist roof system. Exterior materials—including prefinished corrugated metal panels, EIFS, and split-face block—were selected to complement the established campus architecture while providing a durable and aesthetically appealing façade.
