GMU Flip Kitchen Renovation

This project transforms an abandoned bank into a modern quick-service dining space within the Johnson Center campus dining hall. Cole & Denny Architects provided architectural and engineering design, documentation, and construction-phase services to deliver a fully renovated facility.

The renovation included installation of new food service equipment, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as updated architectural finishes. The completed space offers an additional dining option for campus patrons, enhancing both functionality and the overall dining experience.
