Cole & Denny Architects prepared preliminary & final design, construction documents and construction phase services to transform a 100-year old, 4,500 SF retail building to provide a new, inviting environment for tech-intensive businesses.

The renewed facility provides efficient open office space and a rooftop deck for outdoor meetings and social interaction.

The scope of construction included interior renovation and an addition for code-compliant egress, a new HVAC system, new lighting, general accessibility improvements, new accessible toilet rooms, and roofing replacement.

The project was designed and constructed within an expedited development schedule and budget.
