DBHDS Term Contract

Our team is providing On-Call Term Contract Architectural and Engineering Services for the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS). Projects under this contract include security upgrades, building infrastructure improvements, roofing replacements, and patient environment upgrades.

Given the dynamic and sensitive nature of DBHDS facilities, our approach is centered on ensuring patient and staff safety while enhancing the functionality and reliability of building systems. We work closely with DBHDS project managers and facility leadership to anticipate needs, deliver proactive design solutions, and minimize disruption to ongoing operations.
