Epscopal High School Faculty Housing
This project transforms an early 20th-century automotive repair and storage building at Episcopal High School into four contemporary faculty apartments. Cole & Denny Architects reimagined the three-level masonry and concrete-frame structure to accommodate one-, two-, and three-bedroom units for young families living on campus.
The renovation included the addition of egress stairs, a fire suppression system, a new roof, windows, and large porches, along with upgraded plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. The result is loft-like modern residences that combine historic character with contemporary functionality.
