Sutton Apartments Dog Park

This project transforms an existing, dusty dog park at an apartment complex in Woodbridge, Virginia, into a thoughtfully designed community amenity. Cole & Denny Architects developed two design concepts: the Nature Concept, featuring landscaped play hills, a winding walking path, and wooden shade structures; and the Sporty Concept, incorporating agility equipment, a walking track, and tented shade areas.

Both designs create spaces where residents and their dogs can play comfortably, offering a high-quality, engaging outdoor environment that enhances the apartment community experience.
